📋 Description

• Translate customer business requirements into scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions • Lead customer discovery and requirements-gathering workshops to identify business challenges, process gaps, and solution requirements • Design and configure Salesforce solutions aligned with the Salesforce Professional Services Methodology and Well-Architected framework • Develop Technical Design Documents, solution blueprints, and configuration specifications • Collaborate with Technical Architects, QA Consultants, Change Management leads, and Engagement Delivery Managers throughout engagements • Serve as functional subject matter expert on one or more Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce • Support UAT planning and execution, including defect triage and resolution • Contribute to go-live readiness through data migration validation, training support, and hypercare coverage • Participate in knowledge-sharing, internal enablement, and onboarding initiatives • Maintain utilization targets consistent with AMERS delivery standards while delivering high-quality outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in functional consulting, solution consulting, or business analysis within a Professional Services or delivery environment • Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience • Relevant Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or cloud-specific credentials • Familiarity with the full services engagement lifecycle from discovery and design through build, UAT, and go-live • Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops and communicating with business and technical stakeholders • Ability to document and communicate solution designs through Technical Design Documents, process flows, and configuration guides • US Citizenship is contractually required • Must be able to obtain up to a Secret clearance • Must be able to travel up to 25% • Comfortable working in matrixed, cross-functional delivery teams • Industry experience in a relevant vertical is a plus • Agentforce experience is a plus
