📋 Description

• Write clean, bulkified Apex triggers using handler frameworks, service and selector layers, Queueable/Batch/Schedulable, and Platform Events • Build Lightning Web Components with modern JavaScript and Experience Cloud pages and portals • Design and build REST/SOAP integrations, including authentication, retry, and error-handling design • Write Apex unit tests and Jest tests for LWC • Participate in Agile ceremonies with government product owners • Partner with solution architects, business analysts, testers, and release engineers • Translate user stories into technical designs and flag ambiguity before sprints • Support Salesforce DX source-driven development, Git branching, pull requests, code reviews, automated deployment pipelines, and sandbox/data seeding • Produce federal delivery documentation, including design specs, interface control documentation, configuration workbooks, and deployment runbooks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline • Minimum of FIVE (5) years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including at least two full implementations delivered to production • Demonstrated Apex proficiency: trigger frameworks, asynchronous processing, SOQL/SOSL optimization, bulkification, exception handling, and governor limit management • Lightning Web Component development with modern JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+, promises, async/await, DOM) • Working command of the Salesforce data and security model • Declarative automation depth with Flow and judgment to choose configuration over code • Integration experience with REST/JSON APIs, OAuth 2.0, JWT bearer flows, and Named Credentials • Source-driven development practice: Salesforce DX, Git, pull-request-based code review, and CI/CD toolchain • Agile delivery experience using Jira or a comparable tool • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire • U.S. citizenship • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. federal security clearance • Ability to write clearly and explain technical decisions to non-technical government stakeholders • OmniStudio experience is nice to have • Active security clearance is strongly preferred • Prior federal or public sector Salesforce delivery is nice to have
