📋 Description

• Write clean, bulkified Apex triggers using handler frameworks, service and selector layers, Queueable/Batch/Schedulable, and Platform Events • Build Lightning Web Components with modern JavaScript and Experience Cloud pages and portals • Design and build REST/SOAP integrations, credentials, External Services, Platform Events, and MuleSoft or agency ESB patterns • Write Apex unit tests and Jest tests for LWC • Participate in Agile ceremonies with government product owners • Partner with solution architects, business analysts, testers, and release engineers to translate user stories into technical designs • Support Salesforce DX, Git branching, pull requests, code reviews, automated deployment pipelines, and sandbox/data seeding across environments • Produce federal technical documentation, design specifications, interface control documentation, configuration workbooks, and deployment runbooks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline • Minimum five (5) years of hands-on Salesforce development experience • At least two full Salesforce implementations delivered to production • Apex proficiency in trigger frameworks, asynchronous processing, SOQL/SOSL optimization, bulkification, exception handling, and governor limit management • Lightning Web Component development and modern JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+, promises, async/await, DOM) • Working command of the Salesforce data and security model • Declarative automation depth with Flow and ability to choose configuration over code • Integration experience with REST/JSON APIs, OAuth 2.0, JWT bearer flows, and Named Credentials • Source-driven development using Salesforce DX, Git, pull-request-based code review, and CI/CD tools • Agile delivery experience using Jira or a comparable tool • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire • U.S. citizenship • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. federal security clearance • Ability to write clearly and explain technical decisions to non-technical government stakeholders • OmniStudio experience is nice to have • Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance is strongly preferred • Prior federal or public sector Salesforce delivery is nice to have
