📋 Description

• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery across cross-functional Product, Development, and QA teams • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe methodologies • Identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and maintain focus on sprint goals and delivery commitments • Use Agile metrics including velocity, predictability, and team health to promote transparency and continuous improvement • Promote delivery best practices across engineering, testing, and release activities • Partner with Product Owners to refine the backlog, prioritize work, and align sprint execution with business objectives • Foster collaborative, high-performing teams through healthy team dynamics and conflict resolution • Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status to leadership and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree • Two (2) years of experience supporting Agile software development or technology implementation projects • Experience supporting or leading Agile teams in software development environments • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks; SAFe experience preferred • Demonstrated ability to remove impediments, manage competing priorities, and drive team outcomes • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills • Ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder) • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust; approved adjudication required prior to onboarding • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification preferred • SAFe certification or hands-on experience applying SAFe practices preferred • Experience supporting federal government, public sector, or regulated industry programs preferred • Experience using Jira, DevOps, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools preferred
