📋 Description

• Drive financial, clinical and operational improvement at client provider organizations • Use data and business process analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities and savings initiatives • Manage projects and create deliverables • Quickly develop subject matter expertise and business acumen • Conduct research and complex analytics on large data sets • Draw conclusions and make recommendations from analyses • Articulate financial results and discuss process measures • Identify key industry issues and help develop practice responses • Assist in delivering Statements of Work and Project Plans • Write proposals and present to client department managers or leaders • Develop foundational training materials • Interface with hospital executives to report realized savings and develop ongoing risk-mitigation strategies • Coordinate teamwork products and lead teams • Expand consulting skills through training, mentoring, and client interaction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in performance improvement within Hospitals, Health Plans or Physician Groups • Expertise in manipulating data using Excel, Tableau, PowerBI and other applications • Understanding of hospital and health system operations • Ability to conduct relevant research and perform complex analytics on large data sets • Ability to draw conclusions and make relevant recommendations based on analyses • Ability to clearly articulate financial results of projects and speak about process measures • Ability to identify key industry issues and assist in developing practice response • Ability to assist in delivering Statements of Work and Project Plans • Ability to write proposals and present to client department managers or leaders • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time • Previous consulting experience preferred • Strong client leadership skills and ability to sell add-on work and recognize business development opportunities • Demonstrated ability to work in challenging situations • Demonstrated ability leading successful teams and managing through conflict • Ability to complete projects with attention to detail on tight timelines • Effective communication and leadership with physicians, clinicians, administrators, and colleagues • No security clearance required
