📋 Description

• Provide input to Clinical Study Teams to influence clinical protocol design and optimize supply chain resources • Translate clinical study designs into packaging designs • Author study medication and labeling sections of clinical protocols • Develop protocol-specific labeling compliant with global regulations • Identify, develop, communicate, and track project timelines, activities, logistics, and milestones • Create protocol-specific manufacturing and packaging work orders with vendors, quality assurance, and clinical team partners • Ensure timely availability of clinical supplies • Perform clinical supplies scenario analysis, risk management, and contingency planning • Forecast bulk drug product requirements, comparator agents, ancillary supplies, and commodities, including overages • Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a drug subject matter expert • Lead process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in physical science, math, engineering, or pharmacy • Experience in at least one of: Drug Discovery, Drug Development, Clinical Operations, Supply Chain, or Quality Assurance • Proficiency applying standard business requirements, including SOPs and global regulations • Understanding of compliance in a regulated environment • Ability to contribute to cross-functional initiatives • Ability to collaborate across departments and functions • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines and high pressure • Strong problem-solving and project management skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, but not required
