📋 Description

• Drive financial, clinical and operational improvement at client provider organizations • Apply data and business process analysis, project management, and deliverable creation • Develop subject matter expertise and business acumen to become a trusted client partner • Coordinate teamwork products and lead teams • Conduct research and complex analytics on large data sets • Draw conclusions and make recommendations from analyses • Articulate project financial results and process measures • Identify key industry issues and assist in developing practice responses • Assist in delivering Statements of Work and Project Plans • Write proposals and present to client department managers or leaders • Expand consulting skills through training, mentoring, and client interaction • Develop foundational training materials • Interface with hospital executives to report realized savings and develop ongoing risk-mitigation strategies • Support performance-improvement opportunities and savings initiatives in hospital environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree • 3+ years experience in consulting and/or healthcare industry • Experience in healthcare industry, preferably in performance improvement within Hospitals, Health Plans or Physician Groups • Expertise in manipulating data using Excel, Tableau, PowerBI and other applications • Understanding of hospital and health system operations • Ability to conduct relevant research and perform complex analytics on large data sets • Ability to draw conclusions and make relevant recommendations based on analyses • Ability to articulate financial results of projects and discuss process measures • Ability to identify key industry issues and assist in developing practice responses • Ability to assist in delivering Statements of Work and Project Plans, write proposals, and present to client department managers or leaders • Aptitude to develop foundational training materials • Comfort interfacing with hospital executives • Masters Degree is nice to have • Previous consulting experience is nice to have • Experience coordinating teamwork products and leading teams is nice to have • Strong client leadership and business development skills are nice to have • Ability to work in challenging situations and manage through conflict • Ability to complete projects with attention to detail on tight timelines • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time • No security clearance required
