📋 Description

• Serve as Manager of Clinical Supply Project Managers or oversee key pipeline studies as an individual contributor • Ensure consistency of study setup and maintenance across Clinical Supply Project Managers • Monitor process effectiveness and quality of project work completed by Clinical Supply Project Managers • Work globally and cross-functionally to ensure cost-effective study management and high-quality outcomes • Lead development of new processes to ensure compliance in Clinical Supplies Project Management • Work on large cross-functional improvement initiatives across AbbVie R&D • Evaluate issues and propose solutions with a global perspective • Represent Clinical Supplies Project Management

🎯 Requirements

• BS or equivalent education and typically 14+ years of experience in the area or scientific area of discipline; OR MS or equivalent education and typically 12+ years of experience; OR PhD and typically 6+ years of experience • Experience in clinical supplies project management or a related scientific area • Ability to lead Clinical Supply Project Managers or oversee key pipeline studies • Ability to work globally and cross-functionally • Ability to develop compliant Clinical Supplies Project Management processes • Ability to evaluate issues and propose solutions with a global perspective
