📋 Description

• Oversee delivery timelines, milestones, and deliverables across the Access Management engagement portfolio • Partner with Project Managers on project governance, status reporting, and risk management • Conduct delivery reviews, remove blockers, and ensure client satisfaction • Drive SOW adherence, scope management, and change order processes • Coordinate parallel workstreams and manage dependencies across large engagements • Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition planning • Establish delivery playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures • Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, and executive steering committee updates • Track engagement health metrics, including budget burn, milestone completion, and risk indicators • Implement corrective actions and recovery plans • Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across concurrent Access Management engagements • Review and approve solution architectures, integration designs, and implementation approaches • Conduct technical health checks and maintain delivery standards • Provide technical mentorship to Architects, Senior Engineers, and Engineers • Own resource allocation, staffing decisions, utilization, forecasting, and skills readiness • Serve as the escalation point for delivery issues, client concerns, and technical blockers • Manage client escalation communications and engage Directors, VPs, and CISOs • Support presales through technical validation, LOE and SOW review, client presentations, and sales collaboration • Contribute to service offering definition, go-to-market strategy, and thought leadership • Maintain hands-on technical currency and contribute to complex architecture decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience • 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management • At least 3 years in a delivery leadership or management capacity • Strong technical background in Ping Identity, including PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and DaVinci • Strong technical background in Okta, including Identity Engine, Universal Directory, Okta Workflows, API Access Management, and Okta Integration Network • Deep understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO architecture, federation design patterns, MFA, adaptive authentication, passwordless strategies, API security, token management, and gateway integration • Experience managing multiple concurrent engagements and delivery teams • Ability to manage escalations, resolve client concerns, and maintain executive-level relationships • Experience with resource planning, utilization management, and staffing optimization • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Must be open to travel up to 20% • Preferred: experience with Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint, or ForgeRock • Preferred: Ping Identity, Okta, CISSP, CISM, or PMP certifications • Preferred: consulting or professional services delivery experience • Preferred: incident response or security recovery experience involving IAM platforms • Preferred: experience building and scaling IAM consulting practices or delivery teams
