📋 Description

• Lead a team of technical security consultants assessing and challenging clients’ security posture • Drive business growth and profitability, including practice P&L, margin targets, revenue forecasting, and resource utilization • Lead cybersecurity professionals through penetration testing and other security assessments • Manage scheduling and skill alignment for offensive security specialists • Mentor offensive security personnel and support professional development • Craft policies governing offensive security practices and enforce security best practices • Lead multiple concurrent customer-facing cases and guide technically diverse teams • Provide quality assurance and technical oversight for engagements and deliverables • Provide hands-on support for complex offensive security operations • Support sales by explaining penetration approaches and methodologies to technical and executive audiences • Transform customer requirements into statements of work with work breakdown structures and billable-hour estimates • Develop scripts, tools, and methodologies to automate and streamline processes and engagements • Assist with security standards, best practices, security enhancements, and the development of Unit 42 offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience; OR Master’s degree with 12+ years; OR PhD with 10+ years in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, or a related field • Extensive experience managing consultants executing varied penetration testing requirements • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder relationships • Ability to write articulate executive-level reports on technically complex material • Experience scoping opportunities, statements of work, and proposals • Hands-on experience with network, wireless, and web application penetration testing tools and techniques • Ability to travel as needed, averaging 30% • Expertise in multiple offensive security service offerings, including Red Team architecture, EDR evasion, and APT emulation • Experience with Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting • Experience with major cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS providers, including AWS, GCP, and Azure • Knowledge of application, database, and web server design and implementation • Knowledge of OWASP and MITRE ATT&CK • Programming or scripting experience with Perl, Python, Ruby, Bash, C/C++, C#, or Java • Must not require immigration sponsorship; the company will not sponsor work visas for this position
