📋 Description

• Provide analytical and operational support to Enterprise Operations core processes • Act as a consultant and analytical support resource for the Enterprise • Engage with Information Technology to define, prototype, and operationalize business solutions • Conduct statistical analysis and research on key business processes and operations • Build relationships with internal customers • Develop custom reporting, metrics, and key performance indicators from multiple data sources • Ensure correct understanding and application of analysis • Deliver presentations that guide high-value decisions • Write advanced SQL programs for data extraction using joins, complex subqueries, and aggregations • Reverse-engineer existing programs to understand and document data-extraction rules • Use SAS, R, Python, or related programming skills to manipulate and analyze very large datasets • Prototype complex operational reports and run simulations or statistical analyses • Translate Big Data into business-consumable metrics • Analyze data using advanced statistical tools and techniques to derive insights and identify opportunities • Produce advanced spreadsheets, documents, and presentations • Initiate and participate in peer reviews and lead peer-review sessions for major deliverables • Serve as a subject matter expert for one or more Health Business data sources • Advise on the proper use of data • Provide guidance, mentorship, and long-term development to team members • Assist with analysis, mapping, and documentation of processes and programs • Provide recommendations for corrections when needed • Communicate analysis results effectively to internal customers and business partners

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of related work experience • Related bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Experience applying statistical methods and tools • Extensive experience writing SQL, SAS, R, or related code • Previous experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching analytical resources • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to manage tasks independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and meet deadlines • Strong written and oral communication skills • Preferred: applied experience with predictive or statistical modeling techniques, including regression, classification, or forecasting, in a business setting • Preferred: experience with Tableau or Microsoft Power BI • Preferred: exposure to machine learning concepts or techniques • Preferred: interest in advanced modeling and predictive analytics work
