📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements for Marketing and Marketing Technology initiatives • Translate marketing requests into problem statements, desired outcomes, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Document content models, reusable content blocks, SEO fields, social-sharing fields, and governance needs • Define business measurement needs, dataLayer requirements, GTM configuration needs, and GA4 reporting expectations • Support requirements for websites, landing pages, forms, content publishing, tracking, analytics, accessibility, and third-party tools • Document current-state and future-state workflows, process flows, data flows, and system dependencies • Partner with Engineering to clarify APIs, integrations, data mapping, performance, caching, and dependencies • Document errors, permissions, stale data, and other non-happy-path scenarios • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, vendors, and other stakeholders • Recommend changes and enhancements based on analysis and evaluation • Work under broad direction with considerable latitude for independent action

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent practical experience, preferred • Minimum four years' experience in Business Analysis, Marketing Technology, Digital/Web, Product, Mortgage Lending Technology, Compliance, Risk, or related roles • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SDLC methodologies • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows and requirements • Ability to produce clear documentation, including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data flows, and visual models • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, vendors, and other cross-functional teams • Working knowledge of headless CMS architecture, particularly WordPress serving content to a separately hosted front end • Practical familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager • Understanding of SEO requirements for headless sites • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools preferred • Commitment to company values
