📋 Description

• Support the design and delivery of SitusAMC technology, including internal software applications • Work closely with Product Owners and Senior Business Analysts on new features and product roadmap delivery • Participate actively in agile teams • Create and maintain user stories • Support agile development and QA teams • Collect, review, analyze, and document system and user requirements • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines • Adjust plans and priorities in response to changes in project scope, priorities, or requirements • Assign tasks as directed by the manager • Analyze user feedback, survey responses, and usage statistics to strengthen and validate requirements • Promote and support department goals and objectives • Communicate staff feedback, performance, and status to the manager • Track, organize, and prioritize assigned projects • Complete projects within required time frames and communicate delays • Translate business requirements into functional designs for development, testing, and implementation • Investigate system usage, overrides, exceptions, validation handling, errors, and excessive time per page/field • Coordinate with application analysts to ensure system synergy • Participate in or facilitate quality initiatives • Anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks • Assist with UAT testing • Assist in demo preparation • Handle day-to-day requests • Communicate test progress, results, issues, and roadblocks to stakeholders and management • Perform other assigned activities

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level role or external equivalent • Over five years in mortgage / technology / secondary market experience • Training in finance / mortgage banking desired • Demonstrated success as a QA or Technology Analyst at SitusAMC strongly preferred • Positive and professional relationships with all staff and stakeholders • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to provide actionable constructive feedback objectively and with diplomacy • In-depth knowledge of MS Office and web-based systems, with emphasis on Excel • High proficiency in Microsoft products • Professional behavior and teamwork • Punctuality and dependability • Comprehensive problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and people skills • Flexible schedule required
