📋 Description

• Operate as a senior/lead member of a consulting team supporting Insurance Carrier clients • Implement, integrate, leverage, and enhance the SuranceBay platform • Understand and align client objectives with platform capabilities • Lead teams in configuring, learning, implementing, and managing the platform • Oversee, direct, or participate in concurrent project assignments • Manage schedules, prioritize and assign stories, and deliver project targets • Lead client design sessions on business functionality and product logic • Collaborate with business, development, QA, and operations teams • Leverage life insurance and annuity market expertise to recommend best practices and identify trends • Serve as lead contact between stakeholders and project teams • Ensure transparency, manage expectations, and support decision-making • Identify process optimization opportunities and drive operational efficiency initiatives • Recommend tools and systems to streamline workflows and improve service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field (master’s degree or certifications are a plus) • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis or consulting and working as part of agile teams driving technology improvements and implementations • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JIRA, Confluence, and business intelligence applications • Experience with SureLC is a strong preference • Knowledge of life insurance distribution management frameworks and compliance requirements • Knowledge of producer and IMO/BGA licensing, contracting, training, and credentialing for life, annuities, Medicare supplement, and group insurance • Knowledge of distribution hierarchies and compensation agreement structures • Expertise gathering functional and non-functional requirements using business process flows, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications • Experience with Agile, including user story mapping and business requirement definition • Ability to write SQL queries • Ability to analyze and parse XML files • Expertise or ability to learn software log analysis for troubleshooting • Strong analytical, negotiation, consultative solutioning, communication, and presentation skills
