📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of an assigned portfolio of transportation broker and/or commercial trucking carrier clients • Ensure client relationships meet risk, profitability, factoring services, customer service, and financial control standards • Coordinate across departments and through Account Executives to provide competitive factoring services and exceptional customer service • Monitor factored sales, disputes, and reserves • Identify unfavorable trends and take action to mitigate risk and exposure • Negotiate escalated situations between clients and Account Executives • Coordinate resolution of client problems with appropriate personnel • Manage the Account Executive collection process, including coverage, contact, and follow-up • Manage opportunities to proactively increase client limits • Review scorecards and prepare accurate credit presentations for client credit limit increases • Approve client credit limits within granted authority • Manage return or application of unidentified, duplicate, or non-factored payments • Manage client contract amendments and cancellations • Manage assignment and movement of Account Executive client accounts • Ensure account coverage during Account Executive absences • Develop and train Account Executives on standard and efficient practices to meet division KPIs • Lead Account Executive roundtable meetings and communicate regularly with Account Executives • Participate in monthly Asset Quality meetings as required • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or 5 years equivalent work experience in factoring, financial services, credit, collections, management, or another related business field • Bi-lingual is a plus • Adaptability and flexibility in changing work environments • Dependability and ability to work independently and meet commitments • Initiative, problem-solving, independent action, and self-development • Ability to manage workload, priorities, deadlines, and time effectively • Attention to detail and accuracy • Clear and concise communication skills • Ability to present numerical data effectively • Ability to read and interpret written information • Teamwork and ability to work effectively with other departments • Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Knowledge of Factorsoft is a plus • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to travel if required • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer • Ability to lift, move, or carry approximately 15 pounds if required to perform essential job functions
