📋 Description

• Establish realistic goals and implement action plans for achieving objectives for new business implementations • Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with standards, procedures and guidelines • Ensure availability of financial, material and human resources required to complete projects successfully • Evaluate progress to detect limitations or faults and seek solutions for more efficient processes • Develop internal and external communication strategies between departments and clients • Use specialized tools and techniques to delegate and evenly distribute tasks to project team members • Participate in educational programs to update job knowledge and expand personal network • Motivate team members to meet project goals and carry out responsibilities effectively • Offer solutions to meet targets and satisfy client requirements • Manage all aspects of projects, including planning, communication, risk assessment and resources • Create a collaborative, enjoyable work environment conducive to effective creative thinking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field or equivalent related work or military experience • 1 year of experience in operations, preferably in manufacturing or logistics • Lean or Six Sigma experience • Project management experience • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Certification(s) such as PMP, Agile or Six Sigma • Experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics, distribution or manufacturing environment • Strong understanding of professional services economics • Experience with change management processes • Availability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time • Experience in staff management and development, including solid track record of mentoring Project Managers • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport to comply with federal travel regulations • Familiarity and ability to comply with TSA security procedures • Ability to travel domestically via road, rail and air as required for the role and pursuant to Company travel and expense requirements
