📋 Description

• Establish realistic goals and implement action plans for new business implementations • Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with standards, procedures and guidelines • Ensure availability of financial, material and human resources required to complete projects successfully • Evaluate progress, detect limitations or faults, and seek more efficient solutions • Develop internal and external communication strategies between departments and clients • Use specialized tools and techniques to delegate and distribute tasks among project team members • Participate in educational programs to update job knowledge and expand the professional network • Motivate team members to meet project goals and responsibilities • Offer effective solutions to meet targets and satisfy client requirements • Manage project planning, communication, risk assessment and resources • Create a collaborative work environment conducive to creative thinking • Travel domestically via road, rail and air as required, up to 75% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field or equivalent related work or military experience • At least 1 year of experience in operations, preferably manufacturing or logistics • Lean or Six Sigma experience • Project management experience • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • PMP, Agile or Six Sigma certification(s) preferred • Experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics, distribution or manufacturing preferred • Strong understanding of professional services economics preferred • Experience with change management processes preferred • Availability to work days, evenings and weekends preferred • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time • Experience in staff management and development, including mentoring Project Managers preferred • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities • REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport required for federal travel regulations • Familiarity with and ability to comply with TSA security procedures • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test may be required • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
