📋 Description

• Work as an Associate Product Manager within the Product & Design category • Apply decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills to product management work • Present effectively to senior management and line/staff associates • Use Microsoft Office tools and perform exploratory data analysis • Manage and prioritize work to achieve critical deadlines • Contribute within H&R Block’s product and digital innovation environment

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience • Demonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills • Effective presentation skills to all levels, from senior management to line/staff associates • Experience using Microsoft Office tools • Exploratory Data Analysis • 1 year minimum related work experience • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize work in order to achieve critical deadlines • Certified Scrum product owner preferred • Introduction to formal product management methodologies preferred • Introduction to structured technology delivery/software development lifecycles preferred
