📋 Description

• Independently manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team works on the highest-impact work • Author epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, leveraging AI tools to produce and refine backlog artifacts efficiently and at scale • Lead product release planning and set delivery expectations for new functionalities • Confirm executed stories comply with Neumo’s Definition of Done • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support for successful product releases • Engage customers and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements and feedback • Work with senior leadership to inform product strategy and provide updates on product progress and milestones • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and strategy • Ensure the product aligns with user needs, business goals, and technical capabilities • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Monitor and report on product performance, quality, and usage metrics • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience working in Agile methodology • Deep understanding of the phases of the Software Development Life Cycle • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Public sector or public sector software experience desired • Experience with tax administration, short-term rental, or revenue management solutions a plus • Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Figma • Experience with AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatPRD, or Copilot • Understanding and experience with technical solutions and components, including APIs, Middleware, Services, and SQL • Ability to create epics, user stories, user journeys, wireframes, and basic diagrams • Strong written communication skills and client presence • Ability to translate effectively between technical and business audiences • Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities • Ability to persuade, encourage, and motivate others to beat deadlines • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery • Occasionally move about inside the office • Frequently communicate via telephone and video conference
