📋 Description

• Define the clinical product roadmap, aligning clinical needs with business goals and market trends • Map intricate clinical workflows and translate medical and regulatory requirements into user stories, epics, and engineering specifications • Partner with physicians, nursing boards, software engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and legal teams to build and launch compliant products • Lead product go-to-market strategies, define KPIs, and monitor product adoption • Own product vision, strategy, and execution for digital healthcare products • Lead critical product initiatives from discovery through delivery • Develop healthcare solutions that improve early detection, diagnosis, provider workflows, and patient outcomes • Drive continuous product lifecycle iterations and align solutions with the company’s long-term vision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or clinical digital transformation • Proven understanding of clinical workflows, Electronic Health Records (EHRs/EMRs), and medical terminology or healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) • Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Clinical background (RN, Rad Tech, or similar) or an MBA/Master’s in Health Informatics preferred • Specialized knowledge in Oncology or Cardiovascular pathways preferred • Experience building or integrating AI/Machine Learning models, predictive analytics, or clinical decision support tools preferred
