📋 Description

• Own product strategy and execution for C3, Libra’s internal case management and operations platform • Deliver measurable product and business outcomes by partnering with domain-aligned engineering teams • Improve product organization efficiency through modern AI tools, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted product development • Use AI platforms such as Claude for discovery, synthesis, competitive analysis, requirements drafting, UAT planning, and daily product work • Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and decision support in C3 operational workflows • Define guardrails, fallback paths, and human oversight for AI-enabled experiences • Lead discovery, competitive analysis, user interviews, research, workflow observation, and stakeholder engagement • Develop and execute C3 product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs • Validate opportunities through rapid prototyping, MVPs, and customer feedback • Build domain expertise across underwriting, negotiations, servicing, payment processing, and document management • Maintain a continuous pipeline of refined and validated work for engineering squads • Facilitate intake, prioritization, and sequencing of initiatives, enhancements, epics, MVPs, and features • Shape user experiences through workflow design, usability, information hierarchy, and friction reduction • Translate ambiguous business requests into product requirements, MVP definitions, and end-to-end experience decisions • Author product initiatives, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Coordinate structured subject matter expert engagement with operations teams • Lead or participate in UAT planning and execution • Define success metrics and evaluate initiatives using customer feedback, usage data, operational metrics, and failure analysis • Track shipped-feature outcomes and make documented iterate, stop, or pivot decisions • Communicate roadmap decisions, tradeoffs, and progress to stakeholders • Partner with operations, legal, compliance, and go-to-market teams on rollout and adoption • Report to the VP, Product Management (C3)

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in software, workflow, or operations-heavy environments • At least 3 years in a senior PM or equivalent role • Ability to maintain backlog health and requirements quality while supporting multiple engineering squads in a high-throughput delivery environment • Hands-on fluency with modern AI productivity tools such as Claude and similar platforms • Understanding of integrating AI into products and workflows, including LLM strengths, limitations, risks, and design considerations • Ability to define and evaluate success for AI-powered features using metrics, feedback loops, production observations, and failure analysis • Strong product judgment and accountability for measurable business outcomes • Strong UX instincts and ability to simplify complex operational workflows • Experience working with domain-aligned engineering teams, technical product owners, or embedded engineering leads in an agile delivery environment • Experience in legal tech, healthcare, insurance, claims, fintech, or other regulated environments • Experience balancing innovation with compliance, privacy, and operational reliability • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Preferred: background spanning engineering, product, and design/UX, or deep experience across all three • Preferred: experience with internal operations platforms, case management systems, or workflow-heavy B2B applications • Preferred: experience in personal injury, medical funding, legal funding, or adjacent complex-rule verticals • Preferred: familiarity with workflow automation or decision engine platforms • Preferred: experience partnering with domain-aligned engineering squads or embedded technical product owner models
