📋 Description

• Support and grow H&R Block's internal Peer-to-Peer Support Network • Partner across Customer Care, Product, Operations, and Support teams • Help associates and tax professionals find answers, connect with experts, and share knowledge • Coordinate community activities • Monitor engagement • Support operational processes • Identify opportunities to improve the overall support experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 1+ years of project coordination, program support, community management, customer support, or related experience • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and common business productivity tools
