📋 Description
• Develop client relationships with U.S. expat clients • Provide high-quality U.S. tax preparation services • Provide U.S. tax planning services • Provide audit representation services • Serve clients through a virtual tax platform • Communicate tax and financial advice clearly and effectively in varied situations, including public speaking engagements • Work seasonally from January through October, with potential year-round opportunities after the first year
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience • 1 year minimum related work experience • Ability to communicate tax and financial advice clearly and effectively with the public in varied situations • Ability to learn quickly and ask questions • Previous customer service experience • Effective time management, critical thinking, and attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Suite applications, which may include virtual tools • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
