📋 Description

• Ensure software and hardware meet business and functional requirements • Validate performance against documentation and design • Write comprehensive test plans, cases, and strategy documents • Create high-quality defect reports • Act as a customer advocate and investigate production defects • Suggest product and process improvements • Develop cooperative relationships across teams • Mentor team members and review proposed UI designs • Utilize test automation to enhance test thoroughness • Document business requirements and user-facing content

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent through education and work experience • 8 years minimum related work experience • Ability to collaborate and solve problems effectively • Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills • Clear and calm communication • Demonstrated decision making, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and project coordination skills • Strong research skills • Some experience or ability to learn to support Microsoft operating systems, networking connectivity, and software applications
