📋 Description

• Create motion graphics, animation, and video content for organic social media and owned digital channels • Develop engaging visual storytelling supporting brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer education objectives • Partner with social media, content, and creative teams to bring marketing campaigns and initiatives to life through motion • Design motion assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels • Translate brand messaging, campaign objectives, and creative concepts into compelling motion experiences • Ensure creative assets align with brand standards and platform-specific best practices • Contribute ideas and concepts based on cultural trends, platform innovations, and audience behaviors • Collaborate with designers, writers, videographers, and marketing stakeholders throughout the creative process • Maintain high-quality production standards while managing multiple projects and competing deadlines • Stay current on social-first content trends, animation techniques, and digital storytelling innovations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, digital content creation, or related disciplines • Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, video editing, animation, and visual storytelling capabilities across social and digital channels • Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing channels • Strong understanding of platform-specific content best practices and audience engagement trends • Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Creative Cloud, and related motion design tools • Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and design principles • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment • Experience working within established brand guidelines preferred
