📋 Description

• Create digital assets for paid and organic social, display and banner ads, paid social ads, storefronts, marketplaces, and other marketing channels • Design landing page assets and campaign collateral using hierarchy and UX best practices • Develop and maintain PDP creative for Amazon and Shopify storefronts, including product imagery, infographics, comparison charts, and benefit-driven visuals • Optimize PDP assets for clarity, scannability, and conversion • Adapt designs for different marketplaces and placements while maintaining the core brand • Create social content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Design assets for paid social, display, banner, retargeting, and performance marketing campaigns • Help define and evolve Sunco’s visual identity across channels and formats • Assist with iconography, typography, and style guide modifications • Design mechanicals for swag, event graphics, signage, and print promotional materials • Report to the Lead Designer and collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, marketplace, copywriting, and product teams • Prioritize requests, manage timelines, organize design files, maintain libraries, and follow naming and version control practices • Apply feedback and advocate for design and user-experience best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field • Proven experience as a graphic designer, brand designer, or marketing designer with a portfolio highlighting brand identity work and digital marketing assets • Expertise in logo design and visual identity development, including style guide creation and system thinking • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD) • Familiarity with Figma • Experience designing for social, email, web, and paid media, with understanding of performance and UX considerations • Experience preparing print-ready files and working with vendors for print materials, signage, and promotional items • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy • Familiarity with basic UX and UI best practices for web and mobile • Experience designing PDP assets or ecommerce creative for Amazon and Shopify is a strong plus • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment • Availability to work between 9 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time • Reliable internet access and a private remote workstation • Resume must be submitted in English • Must provide or attach a portfolio upon request
