📋 Description

• Drive product discovery, strategy, and delivery for experiences across the tax preparation journey • Partner with engineers, designers, researchers, and business stakeholders to solve customer problems • Prioritize opportunities using customer insights, data, and business objectives • Define requirements and guide products from idea through launch • Measure outcomes and continuously improve the client experience • Evaluate and integrate industry-leading AI tax preparation capabilities across H&R Block’s end-to-end client journey

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience • Demonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrated effectiveness presenting complex information to multiple organizational levels • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Introduction to formal product management methodologies • Minimum 3 years of related work experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and product planning tools • Preferred: Introduction to structured technology delivery/software development lifecycles • Preferred: PMP certification, equivalent certification, or completed work toward PMP certification or equivalent • Preferred: Individual income tax consultation or return preparation experience • Preferred: Experimentation rigor, including observation, hypothesis definition, experiment design and instrumentation, measurement, and unbiased results analysis
