📋 Description

• Lead operational analytics and business insights, including collection, analysis, tracking, and reporting of operational, performance, and engagement data • Develop dashboards, reports, and recommendations to support strategic business decisions • Manage projects from planning through execution, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, stakeholder communications, risks, and dependencies • Create, maintain, and improve SOPs, process documentation, operational resources, and knowledge management tools • Partner with leadership on engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives • Gather associate feedback, monitor engagement trends, and implement improvement strategies • Develop and execute communication strategies covering business priorities, operational updates, organizational changes, and key initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience • Strong project management skills including scope management, risk mitigation, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting operational and performance data to drive business decisions • Experience developing and maintaining process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge management resources • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and reporting or project management tools • Preferred: Experience working with employee engagement, culture, or retention programs • Preferred: Experience within tax, financial services, retail operations, or customer service environments
