📋 Description

• Design visually compelling, user-centered web experiences supporting marketing objectives, brand perception, and customer engagement • Create responsive page designs, landing pages, and digital experiences optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices • Apply UX best practices, user research insights, and customer behavior data to improve usability, conversion, and site performance • Collaborate with marketers, content strategists, developers, product partners, and other designers • Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs • Ensure digital experiences meet accessibility standards and reflect inclusive design principles • Use analytics, A/B testing results, and user feedback to identify opportunities and continuously optimize web experiences • Maintain and contribute to design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines • Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback • Stay current on UX, visual design, web technology, and digital marketing trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience within the design field • 3-5 years of UX or product design experience, ideally in agile, cross-functional teams • Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design, systems thinking, and measurable impact • Proficiency in Figma • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud • Familiarity with CMS platforms like AEM • Experience with responsive web design • Knowledge of UX best practices • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles • Experience with analytics, A/B testing results, and user feedback • Ability to work with design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines
