📋 Description

• Lead global Windows, Linux/UNIX, and hypervisor services supporting HPE enterprise operations • Bring two teams together into one cohesive organization • Consolidate processes, tools, and technologies into a single operating model • Drive modernization, compliance, operational excellence, and AI-enabled automation across OS and hypervisor environments • Lead a global team with managed service providers to build resilient, secure, scalable, and efficient platform services • Modernize Windows Server, Linux/UNIX, VMware, and HVM platforms • Drive platform standardization, lifecycle health, patch compliance, security hardening, and operational readiness • Apply AI-enabled automation, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and intelligent operations • Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver reliable IT services • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for complex global OS and virtualization environments • Improve reliability, compliance, patch health, vulnerability remediation, and operational consistency • Reduce manual effort and strengthen service delivery through AI, automation, and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure • 4+ years in leadership roles managing enterprise platform or infrastructure services • Deep expertise in enterprise Windows Server, Linux/UNIX platforms, and hypervisor ecosystems • Experience driving OS lifecycle management, patch compliance, vulnerability remediation, platform hardening, automation, and operational readiness • Background in automation, observability, monitoring, configuration management, and AI-assisted operations • Ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps for complex, global OS and virtualization environments • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, managed service providers, and executive stakeholders
