📋 Description

• Provide clinical sales support for Vascade, EnsoETM, and future interventional products • Support adoption of products in vascular closure and esophageal cooling markets • Provide case coverage within the assigned territory • Collaborate with Account Managers to support case coverage and clinical outcomes • Serve as the primary clinical resource for product coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education • Engage customers in procedural and technical discussions about product, therapy, and technology developments • Demonstrate how clinical data supports key messaging • Identify customer clinical needs, goals, and constraints and provide product-based solutions • Communicate account information to the sales team daily • Share competitive product and account insights with colleagues • Educate customers on proper clinical use and product benefits • Coordinate and facilitate local education and training programs • Provide procedural troubleshooting and staff education • Build and maintain relationships with decision makers, customers, clinical staff, and administrators • Support monitoring of product inventory levels • Contribute to sales goals, company objectives, and sales revenue • Report to the Regional Clinical Manager and partner with the Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Marketing, and Clinical Teams • Participate in informal peer mentoring and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent medical training required • Health science background • Appropriate registrations or certifications such as RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or First Assistant strongly preferred • 2+ years of direct healthcare experience in Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, or similar settings • Strong clinical orientation • Knowledge of assigned company products and services, associated clinical evidence, and relevant disease states • Understanding of product positioning, competitive landscape, and territory needs • Ability to link clinical data to key messaging and sales goals • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to influence clinicians, nurses, and lab technicians • Ability to tailor the Vascular Closure Value Proposition • Analytical and financial acumen • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters • Attention to detail for maintaining records and processing reports • Thorough knowledge of the medical device market, products, and territory customer base • Cardiovascular industry experience preferred • Experience calling on interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, administrators, and clinical staff preferred • Vessel closure experience preferred • Clinical education and staff training experience preferred • Knowledge of MS Office systems • Medical device industry experience preferred • Experience in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, vascular, or cardiac surgery preferred
