📋 Description

• Facilitate monthly/quarterly strategic planning sessions with internal Energy and Critical Infrastructure teams • Analyze emerging sector trends, guide project development, and identify high-value networking opportunities • Develop targeted outreach plans for major energy and infrastructure conferences • Identify key attendees and facilitate introductions • Connect internal teams with key stakeholders across energy utilities and infrastructure organizations • Support executive and senior leadership simulations as an exercise evaluator or lead facilitator • Provide strategic guidance and defined next steps during project closeout • Author or participate in at least one industry-facing media initiative annually • Work directly with internal leadership and delivery teams on applicable projects

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Employer Identification Number (EIN) required • Independent Contractors (1099) only • At least 5 years of leadership experience in the energy or critical infrastructure sectors • Proven track record of advising executive leadership or public-sector stakeholders • Ability to provide actionable guidance on project strategy, industry trends, and long-term sector development • Experience facilitating or evaluating complex, high-stakes exercises for senior leadership or executive-level crisis management teams • Strong existing network within energy utilities and critical infrastructure organizations • Ability to facilitate high-level connections and drive strategic business outcomes • Experience in thought leadership, such as public speaking, webinar facilitation, or authoring industry-focused publications
