📋 Description
• Answer client questions and provide helpful travel-related information • Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and important travel details • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel bookings • Stay updated on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information • Provide assistance to clients both before and after their travel
🎯 Requirements
• Strong customer service and communication abilities • The ability to work independently in a remote setting • Comfort using email, online platforms, and basic computer tools • Strong organization and attention to detail • A positive attitude and professional communication style • Previous experience in customer service or travel is helpful, but not required.
