📋 Description

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone. • Provide detailed information about products, sizing, shipping, and availability. • Resolve customer issues efficiently and with empathy. • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies. • Document interactions and feedback to help improve service quality. • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Fulfillment, and Marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and represent Halloween Megastore with enthusiasm.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus). • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. • Comfortable using CRM systems, chat platforms, and email tools. • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace. • Passion for Halloween, costumes, and helping customers!
