• Evaluate whether AI models can be manipulated into generating functional malware, viable exploit code, attack tooling, or operational cyberattack guidance • Craft adversarial prompts and multi-turn interaction chains simulating threat actors across reconnaissance, weaponization, exploitation, lateral movement, persistence, and exfiltration • Evaluate whether model-generated payloads, exploit chains, and attack plans are genuinely dangerous and realistically workable • Design technically grounded adversarial prompts across the cyber kill chain • Evaluate model-generated code and technical output for functional correctness • Test malware generation, vulnerability exploitation, social engineering, credential harvesting, privilege escalation, command-and-control infrastructure, and data exfiltration • Probe dual-use boundaries involving security research, penetration testing, and defensive operations • Simulate attackers ranging from opportunistic to advanced persistent threat actors • Test multi-step and multi-turn attack chains • Score model responses using structured harm taxonomies and severity rubrics • Document findings with clear technical reasoning • Develop and refine cybersecurity evaluation frameworks and threat models • Collaborate with red teamers, AI researchers, and policy teams to translate findings into model improvements • Stay current on offensive-security TTPs, CVEs, jailbreaks, and AI/offensive-security developments
• Professional experience in offensive security, penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability research, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or incident response • Ability to read, write, and evaluate code in Python, PowerShell, Bash, C/C++, or JavaScript • Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP • Ability to assess functional correctness and real-world exploitability of model-generated technical output • Strong hands-on experience using multiple LLMs, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models • Creative and adversarial problem-solving skills • Clear and precise written communication, including explaining technical risk to nonspecialist audiences • Strong ethical judgment • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a feedback-heavy, distributed environment • Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GXPN, CRTO, CRTL, CEH, or similar (nice to have) • Active or previous security clearance (nice to have) • Experience with exploit development, reverse engineering, or binary analysis (nice to have) • Background in cloud security, container security, or infrastructure-as-code attack surfaces (nice to have) • Familiarity with AI/ML attack surfaces, including prompt injection, model extraction, training-data poisoning, and adversarial examples (nice to have) • Experience building or operating command-and-control frameworks, custom implants, or offensive tooling (nice to have) • Bug-bounty track record or published CVEs (nice to have) • Previous work in trust and safety, content moderation, or AI evaluation (nice to have) • Familiarity with LLM APIs or evaluation tooling (nice to have) • Candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States; the application asks whether employment-visa sponsorship will be required • Ability to engage professionally and responsibly with offensive cybersecurity content
