📋 Description

• Build targeted lists of school mental health professionals, run cold sequences, and own deliverability end to end • Create cold sequences, event campaigns, reminder flows, follow-up, and nurture with tailored copy • Cold call prospective referral partners • Run outreach across relevant platforms using automation thoughtfully • Drive registrations and attendance for clinical webinar trainings • Follow up with webinar attendees to identify promising referral partners • Book conversations with the clinical team • Help set up dedicated trainings and stay engaged with active referral partners • Develop and test new engagement methods, offers, resources, and outreach materials • Use campaign results to refine effective approaches • Document successful processes with the Head of Growth to build a repeatable playbook • Own metrics across outreach, event attendance, and referral partner activation • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in outbound, BDR/SDR, demand generation, or growth • Hands-on experience with Instantly, Clay, Outreach, Smartlead, Apollo, or comparable tools • Experience building targeted prospect lists • Ability to write cold email sequences that generate replies • Ability to make cold calls • Experience managing email deliverability • Strong copywriting skills focused on conversions • Strong research instincts for identifying organizational decision-makers • Care and sensitivity when discussing youth mental health • Based in the United States • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
