📋 Description

• Support hiring managers across provider partnerships and clinical support teams • Brief hiring managers before interviews and debrief afterward • Source, screen, and advance candidates for provider partnerships and clinical support roles • Assess candidate fit and communicate Sailor Health’s mission • Own interview scheduling, candidate communication, and day-of coordination • Manage the candidate experience from first contact through offer • Grow into full-cycle recruiting and independently own searches • Eventually hire and develop recruiters for clinical and provider-facing functions • Help build recruiting systems, templates, and processes as Sailor Health scales

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience • Experience exclusively in talent or recruiting roles, in agency, in-house, or both • Healthcare, clinical, or startup experience is a strong plus • Ability to support busy hiring-manager stakeholders • Process-oriented approach with accurate ATS data and timely candidate responses • Strong communication skills • Eagerness to own searches and eventually build a recruiting team • Experience using tools such as Claude and modern recruiting technology • Pride in and commitment to a strong candidate experience
