📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to employees regarding benefit questions • Provide Benefit Service Center coverage during designated Pacific Time business hours • Investigate and respond to inquiries about coverage, claims, and plan options • Create, manage, and track service tickets in internal systems • Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve employee concerns • Provide professional, courteous service to clients, employees, brokers, carriers, and internal team members • Maintain employee confidentiality and adhere to data privacy and security standards • Support additional administrative or service-related duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Located in the Pacific Time Zone, including California or another West Coast location, or able to consistently work Pacific Time business hours • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Health and Life Insurance License is required • Experience in a call center and/or worksite benefits is required • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred • Experience in insurance, employee benefits, or worksite benefits is strongly preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), web browsers, databases, and phone systems • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment while maintaining consistent availability during Pacific Time business hours • Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help others • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask • Bilingual skills are a plus
