📋 Description

• Serve on a team providing services for SoloK retirement clients and advisors • Respond to plan sponsors’ and advisors’ questions related to all aspects of their retirement plan in a timely manner • Monitor and complete assigned tasks, emails, and phone calls related to SoloK plans • Assist in completing annual compliance project needs • Coordinate with internal and external partners to support operational compliance and project completion, including setting up, terminating, distributing, amending, and completing required tax returns • Act as an in-house resource for JULY team members regarding SoloK plans • Maintain documentation on client projects and responses within JULY’s software • Use a phone queue system to efficiently handle inbound and outbound call volume

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of client service or retirement plan experience • Ability to explain complex compliance items clearly and understandably • Professional and concise verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency • Collaborative rapport-building skills and strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities • Exceptional organization and ability to juggle multiple projects with minimal oversight • Self-starting, resourceful, solution-seeking approach and ability to work independently • Client-focused attitude and accountability, credibility, and trustworthiness • Team-player attitude and willingness to handle tasks of any size • Positive attitude • Bachelor’s degree desired • Desire to deliver excellent internal and external client service • Ability to handle difficult conversations positively and professionally
