📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of plans for successful pharmaceutical manufacturer program launches and ongoing optimization • Track key milestones, proactively identify risks, and help drive successful client outcomes • Coordinate with clients on day-to-day needs and translate client goals into actionable next steps for PHIL • Analyze program performance against key success metrics • Build reporting and dashboards, identify trends and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations • Identify opportunities to optimize program rules, prescriber engagement, and patient experiences • Serve as a trusted day-to-day point of contact for clients regarding program performance, goal alignment, and improvement areas • Partner with client success, product, operations, and external client contacts to resolve issues and navigate pushback • Help ensure program data quality, integrity, and accessibility • Identify improvements to reporting, tooling, operational processes, and overall efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 3–7 years of experience in a client-facing, consulting, analytics, business strategy, or startup operations role • Experience ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical environments • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail • Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar preferred • Data-driven mindset and ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights • Resourceful problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity • Proven ability to drive results through direct execution and by influencing cross-functional partners • Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships and align internal and external stakeholders • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
