• Lead small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline projects from programming through closeout • Clarify requirements, coordinate design, document decisions, and ensure deliverables meet TEECOM standards • Maintain alignment with scope, schedule, and budget, and surface risks early • Contribute to GitHub and improve standards, tools, workflows, and documentation • Cultivate client relationships through clear communication, follow-through, and problem-solving • Support pursuits, technical narratives, interviews, blogs, white papers, and presentations • Mentor Designers and engineers through guidance, reviews, markups, and feedback • Lead technical design reviews and identify coordination risks • Deliver layouts, calculations, specifications, and supporting documentation • Participate in project, discipline, and coordination meetings • Maintain documentation across Asana, GitHub, and shared project platforms • Support programming sessions, site walks, surveys, construction-phase coordination, and product/code research • Contribute discipline scope assumptions, OPCC inputs, and interview support • Support other teams during heavy workload periods or complex project phases
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services • Demonstrated discipline-specific capability in Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, or Low Voltage • Experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects, supporting coordination, and guiding Designers or engineers preferred • Ability to deliver accurate, well-coordinated designs and make sound discipline-specific decisions • Strong understanding of project delivery workflows, client expectations, documentation standards, and cross-discipline coordination • Experience contributing to documentation updates, standards refinement, or QA/QC workflows through GitHub Pull Requests or similar platforms • Strong proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit • Strong proficiency in Bluebeam Studio • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and Google Workspace • Strong proficiency in GitHub • RCDD, CDT, CCNA, EIT, PE, or PMP certifications preferred or a plus • Eligible to work in the United States • Must be able to travel occasionally to client sites and perform site-walk physical activities, including standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, kneeling, navigating construction or utility areas, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds • Visa sponsorship is not available
