📋 Description

• Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions using proven methodologies and best practices • Perform data collection and complex analysis, identify data gaps and risks, develop conclusions, and create implementable, sustainable recommendations • Summarize information and present findings and recommendations to Huron and client leadership • Supervise junior project team members through coaching, mentorship, team leadership, and performance management • Deliver solutions tailored to each client’s needs across healthcare services • Lead one or more project work streams using Huron approaches and methodologies • Help healthcare clients solve business challenges and improve clinical and financial outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 3+ years relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably within healthcare consulting • Experience leading and supporting hospital or physician revenue cycle initiatives, including department operations and team-based projects focused on process improvement, operational transformation, and change management • Demonstrated ability to manage project workplans and deliverables for consulting engagements within hospital or physician revenue cycle functions, including denials management, revenue integrity, and patient access services • Ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • US Work Authorization required • Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment preferred
