📋 Description

• Act as a point of coordination for operational activities and ensure proactive stakeholder communication • Support customer-focused programs by maintaining program standards, documentation, and processes • Build relationships with internal teams and customers to understand their goals and requirements • Assist in deploying standard processes and tools across multiple locations • Maintain and update program playbooks documenting workflows and customer-specific requirements • Ensure compliance with customer standards, industry regulations, and company best practices • Coordinate customer engagement logistics for smooth delivery of Convergint services • Monitor program metrics and compile reports for internal and customer-facing reviews • Assist in resolving operational challenges and escalate issues as needed • Identify improvement opportunities and implement service-delivery solutions • Support introduction of new services or geographic capabilities to meet customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio • Basic understanding of program/project management principles • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to compile, analyze, and report data effectively • Ability to collaborate across departments • Fundamental financial awareness related to program budgets and costs • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities • Experience with Smartsheet or other workflow management tools preferred • Familiarity with network and low-voltage building systems preferred • Professional experience in electronic security, fire alarm and life safety, or building automation preferred • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred • 2–4 years of program/project coordination experience
