📋 Description

• Support the setup, coordination, and ongoing management of programs for one or more global/enterprise accounts • Act as a point of coordination for operational activities and ensure proactive stakeholder communication • Maintain program standards, documentation, processes, and playbooks • Build relationships with internal teams and customers to understand goals and requirements • Assist in deploying standard processes and tools across multiple locations • Ensure compliance with customer standards, industry regulations, and company best practices • Coordinate customer engagement logistics and support smooth delivery of Convergint services • Monitor program metrics and compile reports for internal and customer-facing reviews • Assist in resolving operational challenges and escalate issues as needed • Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance service delivery • Support introduction of new services or geographic capabilities to meet customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio • Basic understanding of program/project management principles • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various levels of an organization • Ability to compile, analyze, and report data effectively • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments • Fundamental financial awareness related to program budgets and costs • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities • Experience with Smartsheet or other workflow management tools preferred • Familiarity with network and low-voltage building systems preferred • Professional experience in electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, or building automation preferred • 2-4 years of program/project coordination • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
