📋 Description

• Provide leadership to the assigned market(s), overseeing growth strategy and activities • Direct and collaborate with Area Clinic Managers and Clinic Managers to develop and execute growth strategy and monitor progress • Establish annual and strategic business plans • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategies and performance results • Deliver growth and achieve or exceed regional budgets, reporting to the Regional Vice President • Review and analyze growth metrics and operational results to project growth opportunities • Identify market improvement opportunities and design and implement strategies, goals, and resource plans • Schedule and direct regular growth meetings and events • Collaborate with finance and operations to prepare and implement market-wide budgets and manage expenses • Maintain knowledge of markets, competition, and best practices/trends • Hold Business Development Managers accountable for results • Develop partnerships and contractual opportunities with healthcare institutions and local IDNs • Organize teams according to market needs, opportunities, and segments • Maintain effective communication throughout the organization and operate in a matrix structure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or Master’s degree/Master’s in Business Administration, or extensive relevant experience • Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures • 8 years of clinician experience preferred, excluding residency • 5 years of management experience preferred • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others • Ability to develop and execute strategy • Excellent influence and leadership skills • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills • Ability to make organizational decisions about resources and investments for growth • Extensive experience with contracts and proven negotiation skills • Excellent budget and data analysis acumen • Proficiency in business and strategy development • Understanding of hospital/system cost structures • Ability to interpret market dynamics and referral needs • Thorough understanding of financials and ability to evaluate proposed investments and ROI • Thorough understanding of organizational products and services and immediate competitors • Ability to work at the C-suite level in healthcare institutions and develop partnerships and contracting opportunities • Ability to develop and execute contractual opportunities with healthcare institutions and local IDNs • Ability to organize teams based on market needs • Act with integrity, honesty, transparency, and respect • Keep the patient at the center of everything • Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue • Continuously innovate and respond to change • Focus on superior outcomes and outstanding results
