📋 Description

• Serve as the HEOR representative to the Prostate Franchise and specific brand teams • Partner with Commercial Franchise leaders, Medical Affairs, and R&D to develop and execute HEOR evidence strategies • Synthesize clinical, economic, and real-world evidence into value narratives for internal and external stakeholders • Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships and represent HEOR at Asset Teams, Commercial, and Medical meetings • Develop fit-for-purpose HEOR strategies for inline and pipeline products • Oversee the design and conduct of HEOR projects • Communicate project findings and strategic impact to internal and external audiences • Identify and collaborate with external key thought leaders on study design, protocols, analyses, interpretation, and publications • Develop field materials using HEOR data in collaboration with Marketing, Market Access, and Medical teams, following FDA guidance • Manage assigned budgets and deliver projects on time and within budget • Provide HEOR thought leadership and support for other franchise and pipeline priorities

🎯 Requirements

• MS or MPH required in Pharmacoepidemiology, Health Services Research, or a related field • At least 7 years of relevant experience conducting HEOR research across different methodologies • Alternatively, 10 years of relevant experience with a Master’s-level degree • Technical expertise in HEOR • Proven experience executing HEOR projects using secondary databases, including claims, EHRs, and registries • Experience with pharmacoeconomic modeling • Experience with systematic literature reviews and synthesis • Excellent verbal and written leadership and communication skills • Ability to translate complex HEOR strategy and research for cross-functional teams • Knowledge of US regulatory, health technology assessment, and payer landscapes • Understanding of development-related functions across all phases of drug development • Strong project management skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to identify risks and seek solutions • Ability to work independently without continuous direct supervision • Commitment to quality • Ability to travel 25-30%
