📋 Description

• Lead strategy, delivery excellence, and capability growth for HCM and PATTS across the Americas • Guide delivery strategy, governance, advisory support, risk management, and design decisions for complex client initiatives • Promote disciplined use of standard delivery methodology across teams • Partner with Financials, Integrations, Security, Analytics, and AMS for cohesive execution and post-go-live transitions • Collaborate with Sales on qualification, discovery, solution shaping, estimation, demos, presentations, and executive conversations • Translate client needs into scope, risk, and staffing recommendations • Support commercially viable implementation approaches and margin awareness • Develop delivery assets, accelerators, templates, best-practice frameworks, and repeatable delivery patterns • Drive continuous improvement, shared learning, and strategic advisory across HCM and PATTS • Scale delivery across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America while accounting for regional nuances • Lead HCM and PATTS teams through coaching, capability growth, staffing, onboarding, performance management, forecasting, recruitment, retention, and culture efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years leading complex HR and/or workforce-related implementations or programs • Strong consulting skills, including facilitation, stakeholder communication, advisory capability, and problem-solving • Understanding of payroll compliance, labor rules, leave administration, and scheduling standards • Demonstrated experience leading in a strategic advisory environment • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow multidisciplinary teams • Experience with Workday HCM and/or PATTS preferred; certifications highly valued • Experience developing delivery methodologies, playbooks, or team capability programs preferred • Exposure to multicountry operating models and post-deployment support models preferred • Relevant professional designations, such as Payroll Org or HR certifications, preferred
