📋 Description

• Build and maintain senior relationships with registered investment advisors (RIAs) • Provide market intelligence on industry trends, investment priorities, fund launches, manager activity, and senior leadership moves • Identify and recruit RIAs for conference speaking opportunities, advisory boards, roundtables, and exclusive investor initiatives • Partner with the Content Director to shape conference agendas • Develop and execute investor engagement strategies with the Global Head of Investor Relations • Capture insights from investor meetings for trends, survey ideas, panel topics, and content opportunities • Maintain investor interaction, investment strategy, and market intelligence records in Salesforce • Represent With Intelligence at industry conferences and networking events • Build and engage the audience for approximately three wealth investment conferences annually • Increase allocator engagement and deliver high-quality investor participation across events and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with confidence engaging senior RIAs • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of investment markets, private markets, and alternative assets • Strong understanding of how to qualify RIAs • Ability to translate investor feedback into conference sessions, networking opportunities, surveys, case studies, and engagement initiatives • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams • Strong analytical skills for identifying market trends and emerging investment themes • Proven ability to build relationships and achieve engagement targets • High level of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms • Willingness to travel regularly to conferences, client meetings, and industry events • Experience working with RIAs, private markets, or financial services preferred • Existing network within the RIA or alternative investment community highly desirable • Experience speaking with senior executives and representing an organization at industry events preferred
