📋 Description

• Support and facilitate the MDM (Medicare Document Management) processes • Review and process incoming documents from the DPM (Podiatrist) and the patient’s Diabetic Care Practitioner (DCP) • Serve as an ongoing MPS resource for customers, the sales team, management, end users, and the DCP • Contribute to daily workflow • Work with management and the team to develop meaningful reporting, KPI, and benchmark goals • Provide cross-functional coverage to the Service and Clinical teams • Contribute to phone and chat queues • Report to the MDM Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or experience in lieu of degree • Minimum of 2 years of related experience • Experience in day to day operations of billing and coding for a medical practice • Podiatry or O & P experience preferred • Office suite proficiency • Experience with an EHR/EMR • Ability to stay current with LCD’s pertaining to the TSB (Therapeutic Shoe Bill)
