• Own division-, department-, class-, and style-level merchandise plans for the Collaborations business • Partner with Merchandising to develop sales, margin, and inventory plans • Develop and maintain style-level sales, inventory, receipt, and demand plans • Own financial reconciliation, open-to-buy management, sales forecasting, and inventory forecasting • Drive strategies to improve assortment productivity, sales, gross margin, inventory turn, and product availability • Maintain in-stock levels and optimize inventory across Collaboration categories, channels, and launches • Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal business recaps • Provide pre-season, in-season, and post-season trend analysis and actionable recommendations • Drive cross-functional business discussions and adjust forecasts, inventory investments, and strategies • Recommend and execute pricing, markdown, reorder, cancellation, and inventory-transfer strategies • Partner with Sourcing on long-range and seasonal item-level forecasts • Support strategic-channel initiatives, including Amazon • Assist with channel-level forecasts, inventory plans, product availability, launch readiness, and replenishment recommendations • Support strategic-channel assortment, inventory, pricing, and promotional execution • Monitor channel performance and provide analysis, reporting, and recommended actions • Coordinate with E-commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, DC Operations, and external channel partners • Assist in building scalable planning reports, processes, and performance-management routines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or equivalent experience in related discipline • 2+ years prior planning experience; direct to consumer preferred • Experience with Amazon and/or Wholesale preferred • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with retail math • Proven track record in merchandise forecasting, planning, and data analytics • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to prioritize, influence, and make decisions at multiple organizational levels • Ability to use sales financial data to make decisions and maximize profitability • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent Excel and productivity application skills, including PowerPoint and Word • Desire to master new systems • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with tight deadlines
