📋 Description

• Plan, create and maintain modern, responsive websites • Adapt design, structure and content to clients’ goals and needs • Advise clients on web design, online marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and digital visibility • Improve companies’ local and nationwide online visibility • Implement digital solutions such as CRM, email marketing, appointment booking, forms and marketing automation • Support the digitalization of communications and selected business processes • Advise and provide personal support to your own clients • Use a marketing and sales system to acquire and support clients • Build and develop your own web agency or expand an existing range of services • Continue your professional development through training sessions, webinars, workshops and knowledge-sharing with experienced partners • Determine the scope, focus areas and development of your self-employed business

🎯 Requirements

• No formal training as a webmaster or programmer is required • Motivation, willingness to learn and enjoyment of client interaction • Willingness to think entrepreneurially and work independently • Interest in websites, online marketing, digitalization and digital business models • Enjoyment of working with people and providing competent business consulting • Independent, reliable and structured working style • Willingness to pursue continuous professional development • Willingness to take responsibility for your own business activities • Desire to build your own digital business alongside another job or as a full-time activity • Openness to a proven concept, clear processes and personal support • Willingness to actively contribute to client acquisition and business development • Career changers are welcome • Knowledge or practical experience in web design, web development, graphic design, HTML/CSS, programming, social media, online marketing, SEO, sales, consulting or business services is welcome but not required
