📋 Description

• Support the Asset Management team in resolving commercial, operational, contractual, compliance, and lender-related matters with cross-functional partners • Assist with financial planning and analytics for operating assets, including monthly revenue and expense accruals, plant improvement tracking, and evaluation of business-related financial impacts • Analyze monthly project-level P&L statements, variance drivers, and cash flow forecasts, delivering summaries and insights for portfolio managers • Support annual budgeting by reviewing asset performance, standardizing fleet-wide assumptions, and contributing to long-term financial planning • Review operational and financial KPIs monthly, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve asset performance and operational efficiency • Calculate, validate, and report Availability, Performance Ratio, and energy yield metrics • Prepare dashboards, lender reports, stakeholder updates, and ad-hoc analyses • Manage reporting cycles by maintaining trackers, consolidating inputs, and communicating financial, operational, and contractual obligations on time • Enhance reporting tools, standardize processes, improve data quality, and support best-practice workflow development • Perform other job-related duties as requested by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, economics, environmental studies, or a related field • 2+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy, asset management, project finance, operations, or a related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across various workstreams • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and ability to work independently with little supervision • Ability to independently research, understand, and implement knowledge in new areas • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel; experience with VBA, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytics tools is preferred • Exceptional organization and work ethic to deliver against critical deadlines • Mindset of continuous improvement • Passion for renewables and energy transition with a basic understanding of organized energy market fundamentals
